  • The deal extends to anyone in your household who may own a Tesla.
  • Both the 2023 and 2024 Mustang Mach-E models are eligible.
  • The electric crossover is also available with $7,500 in lease cash and competitive financing is offered.

Ford is eager to get Tesla owners into the electric Mustang Mach-E and is offering them an exclusive $1,500 discount. This deal can also be stacked with other offers, meaning the electric crossover is available with up to $10,000 in discounts.

To be eligible for the $1,500 discount, you or someone in your household has to own a 2008 or newer Tesla. Ford refers to its discount as the Tesla Competitive Conquest Bonus Cash and it was introduced on April 3. It applies to the 2023 and 2024 Mustang Mach-E and does not require you to trade in a Tesla.

Buyers can stack this discount with other offers. Those living in a coastal region in the U.S. may be eligible for a $8,500 incentive and like plenty of other EVs, the 2023 Mustang Mach-E is eligible for $7,500 in lease cash when leased rather than purchased outright.

Cars Direct notes that now could also be a good time to buy a 2023 Mach-E as all trims are offered with 0% APR for 72 months. The Mach-E GT is also eligible for $3,000 in bonus cash.

Shoppers who aren’t chasing the best deal possible and want the most up-to-date and quickest model would be wise to look at the 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT, unveiled earlier this week. The updated model has a new rear motor that’s lighter and has more torque than the old one, allowing the EV to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in a blistering 3.3 seconds while running down the quarter-mile in 11.8 seconds at 114 mph (183 km/h).

Regular pricing for the 2024 Mustang Mach-E, before discounts and incentives, starts at $39,995 for the standard range, rear-wheel drive Select, excluding a $1,895 destination charge. Prices for the Premium then start at $43,995, the GT is available from $53,995, and the Mustang Mach-E Rally starts at $59,995.
