South African cricket player, professional coach, and commentator Jonty Rhodes recently test-drove a Royal Enfield Himalayan 452. The popular cricketer has now shared his thoughts on this new adventure motorcycle. He also test-drove the Royal Enfield Shotgun as well. Sharing the experiences, he shared a number of pictures of Royal Enfield bikes on his Instagram account.

The ex-Test and ODI cricket player shared the pictures of Royal Enfield motorcycles on his profile on Instagram. The most recent picture he shared was him sitting on the newly launched Royal Enfield Himalayan 452, giving the bike a thumbs up.
He posted this picture with the caption, “2 thumbs up for the new generation @royalenfield #Himalayan450. I am no expert, but wow, very impressive. Finally, a bike that will get me across rivers and up mountains, despite my lack of riding skill.”

Apart from this, he also shared a picture with the Royal Enfield Shotgun. He captioned the picture, “Thanks @krunalpandya_official for the click – @lucknowsupergiants fans will be happy to see that your eye is focused and your timing is 100% spot on! Day 1 to practice I decided to test out the new beast #Shotgun650”.

In addition to these above pictures, Jonty Rhodes also shared a picture with other Royal Enfield motorcycles. In this picture, he was seen standing behind four Royal Enfield bikes. These motorcycles included a Shotgun 650, a Hunter 350, a Classic 350, and a Himalayan 452. He asked the question to his followers as to which one they would choose if given the choice.

For those who may not be aware, Jonty Rhodes is an avid Royal Enfield lover. He himself owns not one but two different Royal Enfield motorcycles. The first is a Hunter 350 finished in Dapper Grey color.
He shared the picture of this motorcycle last year. Jonty shared a humorous caption in which he mentioned his former cricket team of South Africa. In this picture, his kids were cleaning his Hunter 350. He shared it with the caption stating, “I reckon this @royalenfield #Hunter of mine has a lot in common with the Proteas cricket team after yesterday’s @cricketworldcup match – nicely cleaned up”.
He also owns a pre-facelift Royal Enfield Classic 500 motorcycle as well. Jonty has been spotted riding this powerful motorcycle on multiple occasions. Most likely, it was his first Royal Enfield motorcycle.
Jonty Rhodes’ Mahindra XUV700
Jonty Rhodes currently lives in India, and he stays in the beautiful state of Goa. For his four-wheeler duties, he owns an electric blue-colored Mahindra XUV700. Over the last few months, he has shared multiple videos of him riding this popular SUV from the country’s largest SUV manufacturer.
In one of his posts with the XUV700, he highlighted that the SUV is perfect for dusty Indian roads. He added that he especially likes it because of the features like ADAS that make it the perfect SUV for families. Jonty shared that the adaptive cruise control came in handy on the NH66 highway.
